A stage is one of the most practical elements of scenic dressings. Putting a presenter on a stage can help both themselves and the audience in providing a physical separation, providing focus and confidence. If you have more than couple of rows of seated guests, chances are the improved sightlines of adding a simple platform would greatly improve the connection between the audience and host/content. Stages are a great way to add branding/corporate theming in the use of coloured carpet and finishing facia trim.
